Best UK area for work?

Hi Guys,

I’d just like to say thanks for all your invaluable and at times hilariously despatched advice, which I’ve been taking in as a non-member for a couple weeks now. It certainly helped to reassure me in the choosing of schools (Wallace) and in passing my Hazard Perception and Multi last week. I’ll be starting my rigid lessons on the 20th of Feb, test on the 29th.

With an optimistic view to the future I was wondering what the general consensus is about the best area of the UK to find work…if such a beast exists in the current lull. I ask because I’m just back from living overseas and am considering pitching up somewhere like Bristol for the concentration of RDCs out there to increase my options. I’m in London at present so also wondering if it’s a dumb move to leave the capital. What’s the thinking?

It does read as “RDCs” :wink:

You can nip back into a post and edit it if you like, or you could use the ‘preview’ feature to proof-read before hitting the ‘submit’ button.

Hi Mate there seems to be a lot of work down south through the Agents but manchester Trafford park is another good area from what i have seen on the Jobrapido site and also on totaljobs or Reeds site all good sites for sourcing hgv work :laughing:
