Best truck specific satnav

just seen aponia truck gps on the android store very mixed reviews but maybe useful for some tightwads!

alder:
I have a tom tom 5150 and agree the live traffic is good

I do this procedure everytime now and I never go wrong (anymore)

set the tom tom for destination
I look at the text instructions and route map to see where it is taking me
If road closed warning “do you want to avoid it” say NO! as the road will be clear when you get there and the tom tom will take you on a wild safari !!
View route and select look at destination
I check on my Samsung google maps and look at the satellite image to see my destination

that is it, trouble free ride to my destination and no stress

+1

At first i thought the 5150 was crap but you need to update weekly, and to be fair it takes me stright to destination. i am crap with the motorway networks this satnav never lets me down ive been doing a lot of mutidrop it never takes me near a low bridge and when there is bad traffic it has been bag on. it will take you on a safari around it but it gets you around it no probs . ive had other work mates coming back from same destination and ? how gets back first when there is trouble on the roads
