I have listened to Seamus Moore and Richie Kavanagh quite a bit. Also like the Dubliners and the Pogues. Anything with a bit of beat and go in it,some of the modern stuff is OK. Not into the weeny boppers music.
I listen to a disturbingly wide range of stuff, depending on how disturbed my head is.
Mellow(ish) : John Martyn, Judie Tzuke, PJ Harvey, Eric Clapton, XTC, Fun Loving Criminals, The National, Incubus,
The Dandy Warhols etc. etc.
Mental(ish) : Soundgarden, Radiohead, Pixies, Alice In Chains, Killing Joke, Slipknot, Rammstein, Filter, The Ruts, Idlewild,
Screaming Blue Messiahs, Candlebox + scores of others.

same love the dubliners and the pogues too and christy moore too
I like a bit of noise. Pixies, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, McLusky, Future of the Left, Liars, Yo La Tengo … that sort of thing. If I’m in a mellow mood I like a bit of Nick Drake, Laura Viers, Laura Nyro or Joni Mitchell, or maybe some early Dire Straits. Sometimes I go for classical music: I particularly like Beethoven’s 9th and C P E Bach’s Flute Concerto. It all depends what mood I’m in … there’s about six thousand tracks on my ipod!
It’s good to see that yous like listening to music I think it helps a lot when driving
