I need advice on getting a digital driver card and company card reader I am a one man band owner operator has anyone got any recommendations (just want the simplest way of downloading then saving onto my laptop)

I have got Gemalto reader and it costs few pounds on Ebay. It does what it has to do and it should never let you down.
