Just buy a house digi aerial(about £20) and away you go, I get LOADS of channels everywhere.
I’ll see if I can get a Pic nxt week to show how it fits to the Vehicle.Do you have to get up and turn it before use or does it pick up digi ok?
i have the same thing attached to a pole behind cab. it sits behind wind deflector when not in use and pushes up higher when i need it
use it with a laptop but gonna try it with a standard tv this week.

I attach it to my mirrior arm and stick it up and away you go, sometimes I might have to move it around, but the best thing to do is to look at the ones on peoples chimneys, this gives a good indication of where the signal is coming from.
I was parked outside Jewsons in Maidstone inbetween two very tall buildings and got loads of channels, if you know Jewsons in Maidstone you will know what I mean!!
It has never let me down yet.
