Tru tru & thatl the best time to buy unless of course youve become known as a walking road map.
There will never be a replacement for good old fashioned knowlege.
There are too many variables out on the road even tom toms latest map share is probably only good for one way changes & stuff like that. We have too many restrictions to be written into a sat nav program Weight, height, width, lorry zones, length, etc etc.

Im sure this topic has been around longer then the wheel, but, what do people find to be the best Sat Nav for todays trucking day and age.

Ive heard so different Sat Nav systems having a ‘truck’ mode that only directs you thought the roads that are suitable for a HGV.

What do people use, come on, share the love :smiley: :smiley: :wink:

The RAC do a sat nav with truck mode in it.

That seems to be a very good system.
I noticed it says that the system caters for hazardous goods, so are the categories (A - E) for every European tunnel programmed in as well??

This information in the map data has been around for a few years in the USA
