Fridge work is great but long waits IMHO and if youre on job and knock some places take the ■■■■ with tips. Best for me was Double-decks (Palletforce) to Fradley Park. Two hour drive and plenty of kip on the bunk after watching TV and good banter with your mates. “Job” was a breeze.
Ive had afew good jobs, driving a volumetric concrete mixer good money home every night and good tips £45 in 1 day was the best i got, hard graft pushing full barrows of concrete all day but good craic
Skips was good money was crap
but my current job wipes the floor with the lot, good attitude in the office best money ive ever earned no hassle tidy work
Best job I had was when I left school in 83 driving a road roller with a bunch of paddy’s and a top boss tar spraying roads 6 months through the summer. ■■■■■■ every dinner time, more laughs than Saville had schoolies and 250 quid cash per week in ya back pocket while still living at mums! 
That was also the first time I drove an artic before I got my class 1 
Mind you, cant complain at the little number I have now though, worked for the same employer for the last 12 years, same industry for the last 18 years.

The best job I’ve ever done is the one I’ve got now.Good money. Good company. Good immediate boss. Home for tea every night. Easy work. No pressure. No stress. Allocated vehicle not used by anybody else. Two weeks off for Christmas. Generous Christmas bonus… the list goes on.
