Best Bulk Tipper

Currently looking to change my bulk tipper trailer fro something newer. Running an old SDC and cant complain about it. Anyone any thoughts good or bad about Fruehauf, SDC, Rothdean, Weightlifter or STAS?
Tare weight is a big consideration as is durability as most of my work is on back roads.

Wilcox running on bpw running gear would be my choice

Got myself a brand new Fruehauf planksider in October last year. Spot on design and build just keep an eye on the paint, they dont seem to like using much primer!

Lead time on a new Wilcox was 3-4 months when I ordered mine. Fruehauf was 6 weeks.

Matt.

do not buy a weightlifter for anything else but grain work IT WILL CRACK ,top rails rear x member, they cant even paint 1 properly chassis rots and after 2yr they will tell you it is out of warranty…been waiting 6 months for a new wilcox and they are 38k on bpw drums ,pm weiger, elec sheet, alloys.

STAS seem to be fairly popular with the quarry lot down here

STAS seem to be decent tippers, they’re light and durable.

Look at Kel-Berg also if wanting good tare weight,
wild pile of quarry men around NI using Kel-Berg’s now ref good payloads.

Thanks guys, came on an SDC at reasonable money so see how that goes.
