Do you guys (and gals) know the best 1500w inverter that’s currently out there? I intend to use it to power a 800w bog standard domestic microwave, hair dryer, laptop etc.
Hair Dryer?
What power is that?

What do you mean by ‘best’? Cheapest? Easiest to fit? smallest? Most likely to catch fire and keep you toasty warm with a nice blaze?
1500w is waaaay too small for a domestic microwave, it’ll trip out (if you’re lucky) every time you use it. I paid around £120 for a pure sine 5000w jobbie on flea bay. I’m no electrical expert by any means but I’d rather overcompensate and go for the biggest inverter I could.
I have a1200 watt inverter I got my microwave from here kitchenwareonline.com/Mobile/

Would that be okay for curling tongs?

I find it more than adequate to power my GHD hair straighteners at the same time as my Acme patented “nut massage and emptying” machine.

If you buy hood inventor with good brand(Waeco) that it is good.My truck have 1000w.I use for multicooker 500w and kettle 500 w .All good work. But if you by from China unbranded that they put label 1500 but actually may be just 800w.

If you buy unbranded inventor 10000w that may be will be to slow. Some people buy unbranded Usb memory card with 64gb.But when they check that there only 16gb

Would that be the same dairy milking machine that DipperDave modified for nutz emptying? As I gather it automatically shuts down and doesn’t stop until the 1 gallon receiving tank is full

You’re not wrong. Tipped it upside down and looked into it to see if the bulb was blown and things got messy from there.
Turns out I never washed it out after last time.

Yeah I ended up with a face like a plasterers radio.
I use a 2000w dometic inverter to power my 700w asda microwave with no issues… will power a low wattage (1000w) travel kettle too… wouldnt be without the lot anymore.
