Well done Luke…another great video…cannot wait for the denmark video…ONWARD!!

#ONWARD>>>

Wish I had that much space in my cab :frowning:
Onward…

65 quid :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

I agree about the filthy french, and the food looks great, but for that price? I would be happy with a grab bag of skips. I may die early of scurvy, but cab cooking looks a wee bit too expensive compared to junk food.

Don’t mean to criticize, but wouldn’t it be cheaper and just as healthy to buy a chicken salad sandwich on malted bread from spar?

I don’t think he quite meant that he spent £65 just on the stuff in the video, i’m sure he got other stuff for that price and even then, you don’t have to shop in Waitrose for the ingredients.

Indeed Sam is spot on. That was a few days shopping. Put it this way that was Thursday and my fridge is still 3/4 full. Currently eating a lovely chicken ■■■■ and frites from said shopping expedition. I estimate the ingredients used in the video would be under £2.50. That was a very cheap meal.

I’m not totally sane but I’m not insane enough to spend £65 on cooking a meal for one!

Our shopping for a family of 4 yesterday only came to £77.00!

All depends what you buy though, and personal preference. Also whether your buying for yourself as opposed to other people contributes to it also.

Cheers

I spend between £70 and £90 or so a week on food. But then I’m obsessed with food and always buy the best I can afford.

Pot noodles day in day out will give you rickets . That is why a certain ex prolific member can now only post once in a blue moon , because his bones are like chalk.

really happy to have come across these video’s. Best thing on YouTube

Like seeing life and experiences from another drivers perspective
