Sorry it’s wrong way round, but have a read of this , click on the pic.
Rod Liddle in The Sun, …nail on head I reckon.

His last sentence i hope is right, but Austrians had the chance to rid themselves of liberal appeasers and flunked it.

Other than that i agree with every word, why a dangerous deranged medieval cult should be so welcomed without caution is anyone’s guess, could be something to do with the fact that those responsible, Merkel, Soros, (Blair plus various cohorts and Cameron for our own Trojan sans horse hordes) won’t be living cheek by jowl with the results of their social experimenting, anyone see the asylum centre going up in Chipping Norton High Street?, no thought not :unamused:
Europe is changed forever, our own country is changed forever, our national freedoms will be gradually eroded to counter the increasing numbers, whilst still allowing demonstrations calling for the end of the infidel to go unchallenged, you couldn’t make this stuff up.
The only amusing irony is that those youngsters who fell for the propaganda, and joined up with Hope not Hate and other dodgy weirdos, will suffer the same fate as the rest of us.
I wonder how those useful idiots who lined the rail stations in Germany all happy clappy waving and smiling with their welcome signs feel now, a bit of fast track realism has come into their lives.

Spot on Juddian !

“Hope” for what though? Hope that you cannot get a job because it’s taken, will get less benefits because the nation cannot afford the growing list of claimants, and pay more taxes because what’s already there needs to be paid for?

The young blamed the “old” for voting Brexit, as if it’s an impossible view for the young to have.
Perhaps the Young don’t see as it stands, not having a job even with a degree etc. that "Where’s the downside to remain, supporting the liberal appeasers, or even wasting a few votes voting green?

How many greens this Christmas sorted their washed-out cans (wasting time and energy) and then proceeded to pour the turkey fat down the plughole, thus contributing to the neighbourhood’s next “Great Sewer Fatberg”?

In the old days, times of moral crisis used to be met with “Concerns for Religion of one’s own” or “Spirituality” if you didn’t believe in God, but did believe that “something more happens to you after death”…

With Pop stars having been dropping like flies this year - one wonders “Where’s the upside for 2017”.

At the same time “Would we have had it differently”?

Imagine for a moment where we would be now if “Remain and Hilary had won” for a moment…

Not so much “Up ■■■■ creek without a paddle” - more “Without a whole canoe!” :frowning:

The young blamed the “old” for voting Brexit, as if it’s an impossible view for the young to have.

But it is a really difficult opinion for the young to have. Having done the whole university thing plus many years in a profession dominated by left wing thinking I can tell you that young people (especially at university) are led in a certain direction. They are then tricked into thinking it was them who drew their own conclusions. Am I accusing these institutions of brainwashing young people? Let’s just say I quit my job (twice come to think of it) because I was being forced to teach as fact something which isn’t proven.

It’s not until these people get older and start to see the big bad world for being, well, big and bad that they start to change their views to a more pragmatic one. I’ve never been a fan of labeling ideas “left wing” or “right wing”. I prefer “pragmatic views” and “dreamland views”.
