Housing benefit today then you can bet that it’ll be council tax penalties later on all housing which is considered ‘too much for the owners needs’.Probably with safeguards in place to protect the assets of the very wealthy and Chinese property ‘investors’ by use of indirect off shore purchase and ownership exemptions.
or fill your bedrooms, start breeding, have loads of kids, struggle to feed and clothe them, then we might get foreign aid from other countries like india, pakistan, africa, etc, etc…

ROFLMAO. Brill.
Whilst I’m strongly in favour of sorting out benefits abuse I think this little piece of legislation demonstrates clearly how little the politicians understand about the real world. I’ll be watching this with interest, think they’ll come to regret it.
Surely the next big MMTM myth!? day men will be charged unless they use a day cab!

in April anyone on council tax benefit as to pay to top it up 8.5% of tax bill plus if there got a spare room there pay 14% of the rent so some one in a three ben hours on 114.45 per week couples allowance will be 15 pounds down, that’s not including the water relates up by 5% this year. food prices gas prices and electric prices and come April those on benefit will get (in a couples case get 1% extra to pay for it all that, £1.12 per week) so in fact the benefit as gone down by £15 per week in real terms ( and before all you high and mighty come on and say were scroungers go away ) you try living on it, I for one no what it like. its no fun it hard been made harder to support you wife, life ■■■■■ for me at the moment and this so called bedroom tax just take the biscuit.
