no problems near dunnes, frequently passed by plenty of people so would notice somebody taking batteries off and much easier to walk into funkytown
Only parked there once and had no problems, but was later advised not to.
Handy for the bogs at Mc Donalds though.
think you mean burger king in parque myramar where dunnes is.
its the one opposite the water park
Before all that lot was there, Mc D’s over the road was the nearest bogs.
I did have my trailer broken into by the loading bays for Icelands 2 years ago, they left the customers stuff, but nicked my bike and tool kit I did get my bike back though
If there is space I prefer to park up the top end outside the other eat all you can wok restaurant. It can be difficult to find a parking space these days, that is why I was round by Icelands loading bay.
Another place I like to park if it is a weekend is the Castle car park by the beach and the foot bridge, it is only a 10 minute walk along the sea front to all the night life.
Apart from Cambrils it is my favorite town in Spain

i like the fact you can park by the castle and walk over the new bridge along the seafront
if you can’t get in there you can park next to the hotel on the other side of the castle as well you are allowed to park on the feria ground as well but its in the centre and bit difficult to explain how to get to

If you have the road name, I’m sure I would find my way into it, I have driven around most of the town doing removals

It was about 5 years ago and I was parked at the top of the road near to Mc Donalds.
defo maccy d’s
thats at the end of the coin road but as jimti said the parking by dunnes is further along by the wok (highly recommended)
jimti if you know where the bus/train station is there is a roundabout, come down from motorway to roundabout turn left, direction los boliches and benalmadena.
follow the railway along on your right hand side and feria ground will appear on your left. one day a week is market day though but i’m not sure what day apart from that plenty of space, tourist coaches and trucks park there and its right in the centre of funkytown

Ah, thanks for that, I think I know exactly where you mean now.HERE
I will give it a try next time I am down that way, after I check what days the market is on. I have been caught out a couple of times over the years parking up only to either be woken up at 3 in the morning being told to move, or worse waking up to find a market built up around the truck
yes thats the place jimti, calle recinto ferial. that aerial shot must be on a market day which my mrs says is on tuesday and sunday is a flea market.
another good place is the market area in la cala de mijas, direction marbella its on the right.
2 mins walk to town centre good irish bar “biddy mulligans” 5 mins to the beach market day there is wednesday but plenty of room to park furhther back and still enjoy the market.
if you’re parked near dunnes on a sunday take a walk over towards the hotel pyramides there’s a market on then. if you need list of good bars let me know as i used to deliver the beer to fuengi, la cala, calahonda and puerto banus
