No. It will be set to report any single activity over a certain criteria to make the operator aware and check it out.
First 45 mins in slot 2 will also be deemed as break

But as the tacho head won’t allow anything else to be recorded except POA whilst he vehicle is moving its technically wrong if you were doing paperwork etc but your ok with what’s happening
