With Tommy Robinson trying to put the Christ back into Christmas, whilst pondering on what word he might be able to put back in Scunthorpe, I thought I’d revive the bah humbug approach to Xmas ‘25 as a forum for greeting this year.
Oh Jeez you are inviting all the ‘‘Cab happys’‘ among us to tell us they’d rather be working and out ‘living the dream’ as they say on their stickers whilst pulling a tipper trailer.
I’ll redress the balance before it kicks off… Ok Christmas ain’t the same since my kids grew up (grew up allegedlly btw 
) but I do like being home with my lovely Mrs who always excels herself when it comes to Christmas.
She goes full on with decorations, loads of food and drink works like a good un from morning to night, usually with some of the kids and theirs joining us for a cracking dinner.
That reminds me, when kids were little she innocentlly used to tell them about the Dutch Sinterclaus (Santa) and Zwarte Pete (black Pete) a helper of Santa but the kids got told off at school…‘BLACK Pete’ , ffs
Yeah I always enjoy Christmas, I still.take a full 2 weeks off as I did when kids were at home.
So to all the miserable bastds about to post ….get a life.
Off to hide from the flak coming my way…..I like to win friends.

Oh you tease, cutting off the year like that. My autism won’t let me rest til I know!
Not a lover of the festive period but thats just me, dont mind others spending money they can ill afford and spend the next nine months paying it back. Drivers who worked for me in the past rang for work as soon as there wives started mentioning decorating at home but thats all in the past now, Buzzer.
