Bad employment practices

does anyone know the best way to sort out an employer that has bad employmet practices. the TM does not keep any WTD records, no one has a contract of employment.
the TM insist in saying that we only have 17days holiday.
the TM is so thick he does not listen to the drivers

any advise would be helpful
