Just started working a backshift, around 16:00 to 03:00 ish. My question is, at the end of my shift, when I want to do a print out of my shift, how do I do it? If I ask for a print, it asks for a date but I want the details of my entire shift, not two parts. Is this possible? If so how do I do it?
Many thanks

Can’t see why you’d need a printout, but you have to do 2, 1 for the day before and 1 for the day you finish, ie 24th and 25th. You don’t have to tear it off when it’s finished doing the 24th printout though, so it’d all be one piece.
Sorry, I don’t actually print it. I read it off the screen.
so in essence, you need two readings, one for each part of the two days. What a pain in the arse lol

Just press o.k till you get “print out driver 1” then use the up and down arrow to select the date you require.
When you have done your printout these must be kept for a minimum of 28 days that’s why printouts should be avoided where possible.
If you need information on your driving hours or any other activity just press o.k and use the arrow keys to you see “display driver 1” appear, select the required date press o.k then just scroll up or down using the arrow keys to view your activity.

MYTH, you can do as many printouts as you want, you only have to keep them if you’ve filled them in, ie manual entries done on printouts or explanations for infringements etc.
Just because you do a printout at the end of your shift - which a lot of people do to fill out their WTD details on these new time sheets - you don’t have to keep it
