Anyone worked or working for these? Do they take on new class 2 drivers?
They have a history of taking on new drivers. I believe they carry newspapers at night. Huge fleet.

They’ll take on just about anybody. Don’t expect good wages or to be treated like a human being, or decent kit though!
Think their class 2 rate was £8 an hour
I was offered £7.50 per hour, Class 2, working on the night shift delivering newspapers… went with an agency in the end and the lowest hourly rate I earned for Class 2 was £9.25 per hour… … and that was for a day shift!

I’m going to be living near Mansfield so this is walking distance.
Then you will also be in walking distance for several others in and around the same area, Beardsleys are across the road from Taylors, XPO, Allegro, NFT, Mitchells the big Co-op depot, to name a few, are all in and around the same area (Junction 28), stick your CV in and you might get lucky, especially at this time of year, nothing ventured nothing gained and all that!
