Same with any company that do shops drivers try it see where they get sent and think err no.
Work is always looking for drivers class 1+2 but it’s good experience getting used to reversing into stupid places tho,if they are putting you through your class 1 usually a clause you have to stay for a certain time if you hate it your stuck there and will hate every minute .
I would avoid doing there training program. As daytrunker points out, if you don’t like it you will hate doing 2 years there. The fact they recruit all the time would suggest people dont enjoy working there
No company can legally enforce this “2 year” thing anymore, what they can do is ask you to sign an agreement saying basically they will pay for your class 1 training and test and you owe them for example £2000(this may seem a lot but remember they will be paying you whilst your training for your class 1),then from they say you pass your test you “owe” them £2000 BUT it will reduce by £500 for every 6 months you work for them so after 2 years will owe them nothing but if you leave say after a year they will take £1000 from your final pay.It gives you an incentive to stay but you ARE free to leave if you wish to do so but they recoup some of their layout if you do leave early.
