Just don’t tell the lass in the check out office that you are walking to Ince to get your Chinese dinner , as you will be told not to leave your lorry if staying the night outside the factory , sign says " Drivers , do use the forest as a toilet , CCTV "

Ah, so that’s what it’s all about. It’s worse than play school sometimes. As I said IF lorry drivers were put off the road for whatever reason there would be alternatives.
Nobody is irreplaceable especially drivers. Of course there would be problems and shortages but the country would survive the same as they have survived far worse situations.

I might be able to help with this point…
The quote that Jake has quoted actually was written by me, about half way down page #1 of this topic.
I’m still advocating the use of scroll wheels to anybody who might not like, or be interested in, whatever somebody else writes.
If it’s a troll post, it thereby becomes oxygen deprived and saves people venting from the PRV. 
I wouldn’t expect a sensible answer from you, rather I’d expect bluster and prevarication. If anyone CBA to read through this from the beginning they’ll see that it’s all apparent.
I’d suggest strongly Jake that you consider your next reply very carefully before pressing post. I’m more than happy to go down this particular rabbit hole and to expose you for the fake you are, to demonstrate that you are nothing other than a windbag with absolutely nothing to back up your trash talk.

Yes, I agree that it’s difficult, but once you’ve got through the difficulty, there’s a wide open, calm and peaceful world out there.
Those who have multiple accounts for the purpose of causing trouble will then end up arguing with themselves whilst the rest of us laugh at them, then they’ll get bored.
One of my current frustrations as a catch up driver is covering the routes of guys that I know are happy to do 45 in a 30. I get the ‘well, Dave always manages to complete it.’
