Fridge work turns your brain to mush, FACT!

Why is he telling us what type of unit and trailer he once drove ?

because he wants a brand new 730 with delivery miles and a brand new fridge trailer

the truck has to have all the bling, though wages are negotiable with him…eg £6 an hour is fine

44 Tonne Ton:
RECENTLY LAID OFF (THANKS VOSA)

What would VOSA have to do with him being laid off?

Unless of course he means his last company was closed down because they ran as bent as a nine bob note.

Yes, VOSA are so unreasonable about fridge drivers one-hitting it from Fraserburgh to Alicante!

likely be a good man for someone that needs a driver. Sounds like he knows the craic. Not like most of the drivers on here who want supermart money in return for poundshop quality. . .

ive had my days of driving scrap and small horse power trucks to haul up and down mountain roads.

bit of a cliche there

It’s not VOSA’s fault… It’s your firms, and perhaps by extension, yours that you find yourself looking for work.

That said, good luck with your search, don’t like to think of anyone out of work, even primadonnas

I too wish him good luck in finding work. I appreciate the sentiment about not wishing to drive scrap, but I would say it was a little ambitious for anyone seeking work in the present economic climate to specify a 600+ bhp truck as a requirement.

An Irish outfit will be right up your street Geoburns! VOSA can’t shut them down! Just lots of hassle!

Unless it was trip money I’d be more concerned at the cab size/spec

Me not knowing what it’s like to be away for weeks? Lol try months.

I’ll keep my lol low roof cf and keep my wage thank you  still more than yours and nae need to run bent, though I think I touch a nerve with you wanting a scrapia

Maybe you need more practice if this is the case?
