The CLA Game Fair is on at Blenheim Palace. Local roads will have traffic controls on them, meaning you’ll be delayed and messed about so the Barbour Jacket Brigade can get into Blenheim. Speaking from past experience, Game Fair visitors WILL take preference over other traffic.
If you’re attending it, I hope it ■■■■■■ down.
The last game fair I went to it pee’d down, was excellent. Added a whole new perspective in the field trials
Maybe you should get yourself one of their calendars…
Think ‘Calendar Girls’ but with proper hotties…
You might have second thoughts, or maybe not…
Anyone know the legality of this?
On the A44 dual carriageway, they’ve stuck 3s over the 5s on all the 50mph signs, making a temporary 30 limit while the Game Fair’s on. It’s been really crudely done, so if you ignored said limit would you get done?
Not that I would do such a thing on a Friday afternoon…

On the assumption that it has gone through all the proper channels which I can assure you the CLA would, then yes it is legal, and if surrounded by a red boarder and you ignore it you could be done.
Its worth pointing out that all show traffic would have priority as it is in the the main in interest to get them off the road as quickly as possible.
I don’t work outta your yard anymore. So stuff 'em!
A few years back the CLA showed themselves to be a bunch hoity toity self important [zb]; The show caused chaos around Oxfordshire, yet when questioned on local radio, the Chief Tweed Wearer basically said “stuff you all, it’s a great day out so come and join us.”
Anyway it’s ■■■■■■■ down this morning, I’ll miss the steam rally but the Barbour coats will get wet.
