Don’t know if this is correct but if you switch lanes it don’t calculate the speed ive herd, hence why they say don’t switch lanes.
It may have used to be the case but isn’t anymore.
Having been done by one on the m25 a cpl of years back i can say that there is a clear photo of said vehicle and driver .And this was at 03.00 in the morning an dark so they don’t need to tell the difference they can see.
