Come off A13 onto A1306 , head north a few hundred yards to next junction, then head east on B1335.
Follow that road, over 2 roundabouts until you go back over M25 and industrial estate is on your right.
Only way in or out!
If I remember rightly there is a Chep pallet place in there too
mo topgun should be able to direct you when he is on here
