£8, £12, & £16 minimum rates, with 1.5x after 8hrs
There should be a law change so that employers in whatever sector HAVE to provide training - and trainers HAVE to provide the job to go with it…
Who’s going to give a job to a freshly trained person otherwise? - A third party prospective employer doesn’t know you from Adam. Even agencies will look for you to either be “reassuringly old” for the experience or at least “untested, but prepared to work a some crappy outfit for low pay to get their foot in the door”… None of this £38k earnings as a class one driver" the trainers not responsible for actually providing that job - talk of… 
Taking money off people for nowt otherwise - is a complete con. There’s got to be stacks of “trainers” out there who want to charge money for everything under the sun from “You, too can be a city dealer” to "Learn how to wash dishes and get paid!". No. It’s more like “Set up a business teaching some chump how to give you the last of his cash chasing the job that was never actually there, and the odd shift represented - will eventually go to an agency somewhere.” 
Sounds like the scheme Asprays in Willenhall were running with the job centre.
Asprays said they were looking for drivers for 6 weeks to work for FREE with no promise of a job after all you would get is £72.40 a week jobseekers allowance.
Now having thought about it was a "No from me I’m out lol yeah like I would work for free for 6 weeks

I always wondered why you magically qualify for said JSA when you’re unavailable for work the moment you start wasting your time doing work for anyone for nowt…?
