the liberals bang on about automation of the driving industry, they hate the working man, the drivers etc, blame them for pollution and environmental damage, while it is the drivers who deliver their goods. that is another story.
Apparently, they predict HGV drivers to be made redundant in a few years, due to these ‘self driving lorries’?
Good luck putting them on UK roads. there is no chance these lorries will operate safely on UK roads, they are recipe for disaster.
may happen in the states and parts of Europe where there are modern, long straight roads, but no way they can operate safely in the UK…
… so i dont buy into the bollox about self driving lorries making drivers lose their jobs… It won’t happen for 20+ years, maybe longer…

My great-great-grandfather used to say that these new-fangled horseless carriages would never catch on. 
If, by liberals, you mean the general population who enjoy the freedoms of living in a liberal democracy then surely most liberals are working people?
