I thought the picture had to show a clear image of the driver ■■
Not true…The image can be the front or rear view of the vehicle, all the image legally needs to show is the car registration number…an image of the driver is a plus and helps in the case where the registered keeper isnt sure who was driving at the time but images dont often clearly show the driver due to reflections on the windscreen, etc, etc, and its the registered keepers legal liability to identify who the driver was.

Bang on again.
Why would there be so many rear facing gatso cameras if this was the case.
Failure to identify the driver is a serious offence and leads to a minimum of 6 points unless the RK can prove it is impossible to identify the driver… something to do with due diligence.
The state of play at the moment is that I am going to call them 1st thing monday morning and ask them to explain to me how I could be on two different roads at the same time.(by the way I forgot to mention that I was in a small van at the time which is registered to me as I was only delivering a piece of glass)
What happened was,I went around the park on Tybridge St and as I got round to the bridge the Premier Inn was facing me I then realised having never been in the area before that I couldnt go across due to the island so I continued round to my right onto what I now know to be the A44 New Rd and went around back onto Tybridge St this time taking a left over the bridge and round the one way system near the shops and back onto the A44 New Rd this then took me to the entrance of the Premier Inn on my left.I made my delivery (note signed 13.30 pm) and then spent aprox 15 mins having a brew I then left the carpark turning left onto the A44 New Rd and then onto the A449 starting my journey home this would be around 13.51 as stated but I did not go back onto Tybridge St at this time.If you google these roads it shows you the one way system layout better so you can understand what I am trying to explain. Thanks for your replies lads much apreciated.
In which case this is 2 separate offences. It is only a continuous offence if you were speeding between the 2 cameras.
Pepipoo forums is the best advice I can give. I’m sure they are allowed to correct the time if it went to court.
Ask on pepipoo.com, they are the experts.

As above… … If it is classed as 2 separate offences you will probably be offered a speed awareness course (sac) for one and points and fine for the other, unless you’ve already done a SAC in the last 3 years, in which case you will not be offered one and will get points and fine for each offence.
