At least they wore Hi Viz vests

Whilst on Norwich’s ring road the other day I saw some Muppet driving a battered up transit driving so fast & leave his breaking so late at a set of traffic lights that the car that had been incorrectly strapped onto the trailer, with one rotten strap, moved froward so far it’s front wheels came off the trailer.
Muppet & co muppet then both got out of the rust bucket wearing Hi Viz vests & tried to move the car, which was now embedded on the winding arm of the trailers front leg thing & found some extra straps to tie it down with.
Sadly they could not move the car back, so after a few minutes got back into the heap of zb pulling the trailer & drove off still wearing their Hi Viz vests, but now with a dangerously loaded trailer & no straps at all holding the car in place :open_mouth: :open_mouth: .
Doesn’t it make you happy to know that despite their total lack of regard for road safety they at least abide by good H & S practise & wore a Hi Viz vest :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: .

Norwich eh?

You mean the Jockey wheel?

Maybe they needed a Jock(ey) strap
