Maybe winseer is right why work the hours when there is no need,use the system as it’s been set up for, you are doing nothing wrong.He’s right with the pay as well i work for 2 agencies 1 at £10 other at £12 25 per hour so why work for £6,if i don’t work the agency don’t earn so i get well paid jobs and the others get the crap.

But you don’t belive me that way you can find out for yourself,i have not bigged up my wage you asked i told

So you’re basically taking your holidays when you choose, much like employed drivers? Full wage when on holiday or just a very small pro-rata rate? Or are you so valued that the agency pay you to sit at home right through Dec and Jan?

Full wage when on holiday,but no pay dec and jan but that suits me,don’t think any firm pays drivers to sit at home.
