It seems everyone uses slightly different shades of reds and yellows, but if you use BRITISH GOLDEN YELLOW and POST OFFICE RED, you won’t be far out. Sorry - can’t help with paint codes though.

When I had my 141 rebuilt , it was painted in the colours that Astran fleet trucks were painted in. I got the exact paint codes from Bob Paul but alas I do not know what they were. The picture of me and Nick King on the TAPLine was on my way home and the paint was only about two days old. So if it could be colour matched that would be accurate.
Seems a bit long winded but maybe worth a try.
