Was with Ken Corrigan a few weeks ago and he has just mastered how to turn it on the PC that is so may be a while before we get anything
Roger Haywood
If I know Corrigan Roger ( and I do) he will get someone to turn it on for him,LOL
Hi Roy, do you remember that time when you borrowed Kenās left hand drive diesel Mercedes car so that you could go to the hospital and that young nurse said āgood morning doctorā to you. You had a smile on your dial for a week .
Regards Steve.
Yeah! I remember that Steve, I left the handbrake off and it rolled away and hit a wall I took it to a bodyshop and got it repaired and corry came home and scrapped the bloody thing.LOL
Yes Roy I do remember that incident those repairs that your mate did must of doubled the value of the car.
I used to give Ken a lift home sometimes if his truck was in the workshop when I had that white Capri, after he scrapped The Merc he bought the Capri off me for his son Steve.
Ken Singo told me that he once asked Corrie what he liked best about his Merc and Corrieās reply was āit runs on Hungarian dieselā.
Hereās one of Jimmy Walkers photos, I am not sure if this is you Roy but you really should of chained up a bit earlier .

I couldnāt agree more & I so regret getting drawn into it, it started looking like a genuine opinion and question but it has become obvious that itās a wind up & the o/p is a ātoolā!!!
Hi Roger, it was a grammatical error by Gerry Mac, that you read. It was Gerry who had just returned from the M.E. and was passing on the information to Richmond. and not Richmond who was posting.
I wholeheartedly agree with you about the insurance, or lack of it. If the job cant stand the cost of proper insurance then it is not worth doing.
The first thing that a freight forwarder would ask for in my day, was proof of your insurance cover. No cover no load.
Many of us could duck and dive on occasions but there were some risks not worth taking.
When it comes to repatriating a body from the M.E. it can be very expensive as a few companies have found out, never mind an owner drivers familly having to find the money.
I am glad that i am out of it now. My one and only personal experiance of repatriation was being air ambulanced from Baku to Cardiff and a return Club class flight from cardiff via Schippol to Baku a month later, when i was well enough to go back for my truck. This was for the princely annual sum of £132.00 to Transmed insurance.
Regards Jamie.
Those Transmed stickers in the windscreen were a sign that the firm was a good one, I never had to use their services, but was glad to have the cover just in caseā¦
