Had an Assessment drive with Palmer and Harvey yesterday…
I didnt go to well. The assessor said that for a new driver I was good, but border line for the company standard. He said I had the basic skills but needed more experience to develop them more. He also said I was the only candidate not to pass a 7.5t restriction, so that has to go on my favour?!
A few… Several fluffed gear changes, different box, a few hours shoud sort that out.
Negotiated tight traffic calming measures but mounted a kerb on way back to the depot.■■■■■■■■
