Had my driving assessment and induction today for my current employer, all went well and I will be doing my first driving job next Thursday.
Assessment was in a 2004 DAF CF 18T Rigid, surprisingly it was mechanically in good nick (better than my training vehicle) for it’s age and the interior was nice and clean (our drivers cab hop all week on Rigids) which was a nice surprise.
Really looking forward to next Thursday now can’t wait only problem is 5 shifts in the warehouse before then (the next week will draggggggg).
