Been asked to go for an assesment at 12pm on friday but i work nights. So i will have to reduce my daily rest!! But if i go at 12 pm does that mean my workind day starts at that time, as im in wprk on the friday at 6pm

So you must finish at 3am if you can go in at 12 for an assessment which means you can do the assessment at 12 and providing nothing goes wrong, finish at 3am doing a total 15hr spreadover.
Tell work you’ve an appointment so need to take the night off may be a better idea.

If they bother to look at it. I was under the impression office staff only know how to make sure it’s downloaded properly, because a little box comes up.
You get the odd one with a licence but then you just tell them the craic and to keep it under their hat.

I thought that ALL companies either send their card data off for software to analyse, or have the facilities on site.
So ALL infringements will pop/show up, and only the companies attitude towards them is in question!
