At 9pm on monday 01.10.12 one of our forward facing camera equiped vehicles was on the roundabout at j16 m6, indicating correctly and in the correct lane to go from willenhall onto the southbound m6, he was being “buzzed” by a silver renault traffic panel van, who kept tapping the brakes just in front of him, then accelerating slightly and repeating the process, just as they were both about to enter the s.bound a second identical vehicle shot in sharply from the nearside collided with our vehicle and occassioned minor damaged. both renaults pulled up sharply on the hard shoulder, as did ours, the drivers of both vans approached our driver, one of them was spouting racial abuse saying our driver was a F****** white B******, the other alleged our driver kept changing lanes and hadn’t a clue what he was doing. our driver pointed to the camera and asked them to look up and smile ,and for identification purposes he asked them to state their names, the driver who had actually collided then couldn’t speak english. the first van was on duff plates the 2nd. was not registered to that driver. Ongoing, watch out lucky we were on camera.
The Asian community are totally inept behind the wheel and world famous for spurious insurance claims, give them a wide berth at all times.
A number of years ago an organized gang were staging accidents on the M25 with vehicles purchased at auction professionally cleaned and mileages adjusted accordingly they even had one of there own charging the insurance firms for storage, during the hours of darkness or near busy roundabouts one would do well to watch out for older cars with 2 or more occupants.
Used to happen in sheffield all the time but normally with a 16 seater mini bus which just happened to have a passenger in every seat. They would cause an accident and there would be 16 witnesses to say it was not the mini bus drivers fault as they were all holding there necks with the whiplash. Then the solicitor which normally was owed by one of there family would be handling all the claims. The police knew about it but not a thing they could do. don’t know if it still goes on now not lived there for a few years. i used to go nowhere near a mini bus whilst driving just incase. 
Ahhhh I hate scammers!!! And I think if someone called me a white ■■■■■■■ they would be shocked to what I could come out with in reply.
Also I don’t no if I could be responsible for my actions, even more so if there was 2 of them trying to intimidate me by squaring up and shouting a tirade of abuse.

It’s because of POS like them we are all paying more for our insurance policies , I hope that the next crash they stage they live to regret, and they come away with life changing injuries as well as a spell in the big house Better still deport them
All asylum seekers immigrants and even some foreign nationals , who come here for the sole purpose of committing crimes up on conviction ,should face deportation after serving a prison sentence or be deported instead (less serious offences)
And all those that stowaway on trucks ect, and enter illegally without proof of their ID should be deported back to France or whatever country they where in before the uk no papers, no asylum
Keep an eye out for vehicles with front lights on without the back, or vice-versa.
Front lights only on at dusk may well mean that they’ll pull in front of you, drop anchor, and you’ll ram them up the arse because their brake lights didn’t come on to trigger your emergancy stop reflex! 
just downloaded app for my iphone called witness works on any smart phone and iphone. turns phone into dashboard camera and loops on its self so doesnt eat memory and can set g force for harsh breaking etc and shows speed and location for 69p bargain and works a treat
I’ve just got a Road Hawk camera for just this possibility! Works a treat!
this scam has become a standing joke around the Bradford area & usually done to lone female drivers. within seconds of the rear end shunt happening a large crowd of Asian men appear from nowhere all claiming to have witnessed it first hand & at least 3 of them usually get in the back of the bumped vehicle, pretend they were there all along & are now suffering severe whiplash.
Moved house from Accrington to near Nelson (Barrowford). Insurance on a Citroen Picasso went up by £80 per month! I asked why and was told it was down to the high number of spurious insurance scams caused in the way mentioned above.

All the BB postcodes have seen increases in insurance recently, himself couldn’t believe how much his had gone up in the Colne area, he asked what the change would be if he parked at my postcode and it was the same (I am in leafy Padiham, just outside Burnley)
I think Nelson and Blackburn were the higher areas in the BB postcode area.
As much as I like to be open minded. A lot of them are scum! They’ve just pulled this trick on my other halfs dad. He drives for plum base. Anyone found to have partaken in these scams who is not originally of British nationality should be deported. But is that going to happen. Is it ■■■■. And anyone of British nationality who can not be deported if say at least 10 years!

It’s unfortunate that one will still get a CD endorsement regardless of who’s fault the accident turns out to be. I’ve known drivers get them for running over a suicide jumping off a bridge!
