I thought Asda paid well , £14.35 does seem a lot , do they get bonuses or not

I would suspect ASDA would be thinking along the same lines!
They get more for nights/Saturday/Sunday/BH and such so I’m guessing that rate is their base rate.

At £14 a hour I’m glad they don’t want to employ me , saves me telling them I don’t work for peanuts

That’s the flat rate for 6am-1400, shift premiums for afternoons & nights +£5 or £6/hr extra after 45hrs

Around the same. Tesco is £14 odd weekdays and £19 on weekends.

Varies depot to depot. Mine is £15.12ph at the moment for absolute flat rate hours then premiums are put on that for nights/weekends/hours beyond your contract etc.
But we are due a payrise soon that will take the base rate up to £16.54 (I think, around that anyway), so then premiums will be put on that.
