Are the rumours true? Can we no longer park here overnight?
I’m leaving Manchester on Monday morning 2 nights out. My 1st day will end somewhere around Cardiff, and my next drop Tuesday will be Taunton. Perfect, hop over the bridge park up at Cribbs for an easy jaunt down the M5.
Spoke to a mate who said it’s still open, yet have read on here it’s not!
I had an argument with several on here who said “I ■■■■ where I like” when I asked why they did it. Kind of sums up their moronic attitude when you hear of things like this.
Asda at Cribbs Causeway was 24 hrs including the toilets, yet a few pathetic individuals who are too lazy to go the toilet or too lacking in self awareness to bottle and dispose it somewhere have caused this great “free” parking place to be closed now to trucks.

Yeah I think it’s 6 quid. I think some trucks still park across from the cricket ground at Taunton even though they have built on the old lorry park. I’ve seen 4 or 5 parked right at the back when I’ve walked into town when I’ve parked on the industrial estate with Keyline Builders Merchants on.
Asda Cribs Causeway banned trucks about a month ago fella, if you’re on Facebook or Twitter search HGV Parking or follow @HGVparkingcom. This guy approached one of the Asda managers to ask about LGV parking & got no luck.

you’ve Never been really allowed to park at Asda … they just turned a blind eye, it also had to do with some lorries turning up just after lunch time I was told by a member of staff and other drivers.
