Been into many of their depots delivering & collecting rental trucks & they all have one thing in common.
They donāt seem to employ people who can drive.
Every depot Iāve collected from has been the same, lots of damage.
Exactly
The Biker:
ARLA are going to busy on collections as they have done Robert Wisemans out of the Morrison milk contract in conjunction with Bibbys.
they got ASDA as well, but moved Tesco from Asby de la Zouch to Leeds,as there are the Watches lower and Milk for Tesco cheaper
bamboo2u:
I have delivered there a few times in the last month, from what I have seen they seem like a good bunch of lads I usualy sit in the cab when on the bay, never get any hassleā¦If they pay the same as the rest of the group the basic is guarenteed at Ā£400 but most do overtime and adverage about Ā£500, the work is pretty easy, the hours are variable with shifts covering 24 hrs, so its a bit pot luck and they expect you to be flexable.
Hope this helps.
I spoke with a German driver who delivered cream from Poland to arlafood, and a Belgian Driver got his cream from a Container in elgien, and carried then to arlafood.
Maybe itās that to be cheaper then Wiseman?
