we have indeed got iceland in funkytown, they have a warehouse on the coin road near the store which is the main warehouse for all the stores.
the store has just got bigger and they are now importing so much stuff that the prices have fallen dramatically
the exchange rate is fixed at 1.25 euro to the pound so everything in the uk marked on the packet for a pound we pay 1.25 for so now its quite good value for frozen sausages, burgers, bread but still expensive for crisps snacks and drinks

A lot still comes out from Swindon for there

it’s getting very busy now because the prices are dropping and its lot easier than going down the peage to gib to shop at morrisons.
my mrs has started shopping in iceland for certain things because they can actually compete on price with mercadona :open_mouth:
when i’m home i see quite a few trucks a day going to their warehouse
