a speed LIMIT is a safe speed for you to travel at, which means in layman’s terms,
LIMIT not TARGET

Anyway all this limit not a target stuff has to stop as its very old. My personal target is as fast as I can get away with in neutral on a downhill bit.
That said I am one of those that cruise at 51 (shockingly I can go 53) and when another damsel or bellend is attempting to hold traffic up by crawling past I help out by knocking off cruise for a few seconds, may even hit the retarder a little, flash them in, then back on cruise and job done.
The only exception to this is when I see a juicy downhill section and I leave em stranded whilst going for my target which is by no means a limit of 65.
