A5 Hinckley at the railway bridge this morning. The Police were there directing traffic. Oneside of the bridge lay the roof all crumpled. On the otherside lay his back doors on the road. Sorry no pic’s cant even find a news report yet.
I’m sure the sign was wrong on that one, I scraped it on my way to BIFT once.

Yep IT was a double decker. Hitch, I think all those flashing warning signals are all got covers over them so what do they expect.
doubt it will make the news…norbert salveson do it all the time. 
No excuses for hitting a bridge…do all drivers who do hit them, get prosecuted for driving without due care and attention 
the warning matrix boards haven’t worked for a long time on the A5 at Hinckley, the have covers over them.
but, that in no way excuses the driver for his stupidity or negligence!
the bridge is marked at 15’ on all approaches to it, so, there is no excuse
