I presume you mean the 3 that they took over from BP at Roye, Macon & St Andre Cubzac ? well yes they are still operating and have become even worse than they were under BP rule. 
well i was thinkin Metz, Lesquin, Mulhouse, Orleans LE Havre
The normal Centrre Routiers then as far as I know none of them have closed down.

That must have taken a lot of hard work and dedicatedication to the task because they were really bad under BP. 
Believe me Neil the French efforts to make these places even worse have been an unequalled success 
The original Arcotels are generally ok, but they are not the best, the showers leave a lot to be desired, and the service certainly does. They are 100 times better than most in the UK though 
I was in Roye last night, and it seems it is now privately owned and managed. Resto Route is on my receipt, no mention of Arcotel now.
There was a storm, and the roof started leaking The cool display for the buffet was hot, with ice used to cool the food and the attitude of the staff was couldnt care less. The car park is beginning to smell like most laybys in the uk and the crap in the shop was just the same
