On another thread I asked who`d be tempted to buy a truck like this:
“Thought experiment: if a salesman offered you a gearbox 99.99% reliable offering 99.99% better fuel economy 99.99% in correct gear and 99.99% ease of use, would you buy it?”
Any takers?
It would be all lies so…no…

In the thought experiment it`s all true! Honest.
Obviously theres a hitch. I
ll put that up after midday, in line with April 1st rules…

I might be inclined if it was put in writing, but they have been striving for those figures since i started in 1963…the question is: Are they any nearer to achieving perfection?
Any takers?
Correct gear 99.99% of the time…Maybe 99.99999% of the time?
Close to perfect?
Or useless, since it doesn`t have a reverse fitted?
