Appropriate charge, appropriate sentence - car driver

We all know that you get jailed for causing death and/or serious injury by dangerous/careless driving.

But what of those that cause accidents, they are not actually involved in themselves?

I reckon you’ve actually got two hero truckers there, personally… They’ve crashed to avoid impacting the car. Could any of us made that kind of choice? :confused:

Two of them must have tripped over their own then… I’m wondering if I were in the position of having to choose between “crashing the truck, no one else involved” and “hitting the vehicle that’s just pulled in front of me” - then I’d go for the latter, to “keep them at the scene, and involved.” :smiling_imp: :smiling_imp:
