Come down A1m near Doncaster today and there was a oldish couple stood on bridge clapping as wagons went under,I gave them a wave and a hoot and thought nothing more,
Further down on M1 again people waving and giving a clap and saw another couple on M42.
Know it won’t mean much to most but it did put a smile on my face

Had similar on M180 near Scunny.
Family with 3 or 4 kids hanging a banner saying thanks truckers.
Lots of light flashing horn and waving.
It was quite touching
