Interesting bit about current Dartford tunnel…not a high vis to be seen :open_mouth:

No hard hats either. That would have been the first bore, finished in 63 I think. I don’t think the 2nd. was done until late 70’s. I worked in tunnelling in the 70’s and hard hats were in then, no hi-viz though :laughing:

Someone can’t add up
It says 6 year construction project opening 2027 that makes 9 years in my eyes.
