Anything happen on the M62 today?

Reason I ask is that me and our lass got back from Benidorm today and its took the grand total of 3 and half hours to go from the Hyde junction of the M67 to the bottom of The hill at Motrom. Granted I know it’s POETS day but it was 14:45 when we got stuck in the usual jam around there and nothing was moving.

A women was threatening to jump from the high bridge between J22 and J23 so a full closure was put in hence why traffic was backed up for miles

Have noticed that there have been a fair few accidents westbound around J26 recently. Wonder if it’s to do with the new MM…
