Ta for posting pay rates but I’m trying to understand how I’m taking the home the same pay working for lp as esl but I’m on a x tax code & according to some they deduct 12% of you pay for hols , in theory my take home should be apx £100 less than esl but it’s the same and as I’m on £11 ph & there on 9.75 + meal allowance it shouldn’t be , maybe this controller bloke will ring & explain it !!! I’ll not hold my breath
