As title really any help,guidance,process ect… got to cover a run up there tomorrow in our walking floor anyone been know the drill?..
Make sure the floor is going in the right direction…i.e. backwards!
You have to enter Chirk from the North. Pull into kronospan then go left in a loop round lorry Park. Weigh in on the bridge then straight ahead through tunnel, turn left past trailers loading boards. When you get to bottom yard keep to left couple of lanes and wait until yard man comes to you. Tip on appropriate pile and then back in a loop round the outside Road to the weigh Bridge.
Oh Aye hard hat and hi viz. Mask and goggles if recycled wood.

up to now I’ve never pushed a load out through the headboard although I’ve seen someone have a good go once

I loaded chip from Pontrilas. A Jenkinsons driver told me to get a bag and take a sample when I loaded to save time when tipping. He “caught” me emptying it into his sample bag. Jeeeeessuussss you’d have thought I’d killed his granny. Lol. “I’ll have you banned blah blah blah” Crack on sunshine boy you’ll make my day. Never did ban me the spoilsport Lmao
And wear glasses if its windy as the ■■■■ gets in your eyes and does your head in for hours 
Yeah that sounds like Eric. As said he is now at bodens. You don’t collect a sample anymore as the yard or shovel men do it.

Tipped there many many times for R Plevin + Sons.
As happysack described, just tell the weighbridge guy it’s your 1st time and he should radio through to the person who’ll bring you around, he’ll meet you at the waiting area and show you where to wait - there’s normally other trucks there anyway.
When you pull into the car park, just wait for another walking floor to go in before you, you can see where he goes then 
make sure you clean back end of trailer off properly and do not speed through tunnel /warehouse when coming of weighbridge or going back that’s if its still the same layout
