Why is there so much rose tinted talk of cafes on a thread about CB radios?
probably because when they were all the rage,those were the cafes were where you stopped,and I wouldn’t think it was any more rose tinted than anything else in the past,but you got a good feed in some of them,the ones that’s left have as bad carparks as the ones that’s gone…there was a bit more cameradri then than now.hence remembering about it.but whats more probable is that its somewhat remotely on topic instead of having been hijacked by carryfast,and rjan onto some google quoted political debate 9 pages per post…

I used to use mirror mounts when I drove Fodens (pre Alphas). Not great, I the best I had was on a Foden 3000; Mag mount on the exhaust bracket behind the cab.
